In the future there's only one class of people who will get a job, it will be considered a privilege btw
And that class of people is called "engineers", there will be work only for engineers, in a world designed by engineers for engineers... The rest is performed by robots created by engineers... See how that works? Every worker has been replaced by a robot, even the janitor
And I'm not saying this is going to be glorious or even sustainable, I'm just describing the structure here, what we are building in terms of civilization, everything points in that direction, and everything suggests it's not going to end well
Nah its coming apart long before we get that far. Id say within the next 1-5 years we are going back to pre industrialized society. Maybe some bit of tech sticks around but not in the form it is now.
Nah its coming apart long before we get that far.
I know...
Id say within the next 1-5 years we are going back to pre industrialized society.
It does look like that indeed...
Now that guy in the article, probably like many, seems surprised that, as a result, some people don't feel very interested about that shitshow called society, a stupid casino where you earn just enough to come play again the next day, to play the same stupid games, leading to the same stupid outcome...
And nobody but the dumb can honestly tell himself "It's painstaking, but I'm doing it for the economy, for my country, because I love my country and my society my people, we do the right thing blablabla" no, everybody knows we're just feeding an horrible beast hell bent on screwing us all in every possible ways
