Yeah…I agree with you, but the nanny state has to overcompensate on the NPCs to make sure they don’t get too riled up about the anarchy and chaos that’s going on around them. There was a video floating around here not long ago where a couple cops in England beat up and arrested a man after he called them….was it that he called them an “ass?” It was something relatively benign, he was on his own property being harassed by the cop, and he was arrested for saying offensive language.
