I think Mike is missing part of the bigger picture. Men worked to attract a mate or support a family. With the dating world as fucked up as it is and with divorce rates as they are, more and more men are saying why bother.

Go to church: still lots of great wives to be had. Sure, standard church drama. But the pastors and church leaders can sometimes act as match makers and connect two people. And which the relationship goes south (which it will for young people), they can also give counsel and advice to help mend. Sometimes, what the men need to hear is best from their local church leader who has known them for years. For example, "John, put the damn porn away. Stop watching so much porn. Put a bit more effort into romancing your wife. Jill, tone down the negativity and bring more love to your home as the Lord taught. Watch as your seemingly very big problems disappear and you love and appreciate each other, again."

Pretty common early couple argument I've seen, lately. Dudes with their porn and women with the incessant negativity (I blame social media for worsening this).

It's mostly old people and their grandkids at my church. And a few lone young men. These great potential wives at church you speak of... they ain't at mine. I'm not looking for one, but I have certainly taken note this because of all of the talk around here about finding a partner at church. I feel safe to assume church just isn't popular with young women these days. Just go to church and find a wife they say... yeah buddy get in line. The demand vastly outweighs the almost nonexistent supply.

You have to move around and even compromise with your beliefs a bit to find livelier and younger crowds. What is most important is being married, having children, and teaching the next generation your high level of morals (while keeping an eye single to the Glory of God, of course). If you have to slightly change your believes, but still remain as a good standing Christian, that compromise may be worth it.

Last church I went to, half were very young, beautiful. The men were handsome and active, too. Plenty for both sexes to choose potential partners. Imagine that: young, righteous, people are attractive.

Yeah, idk. I have a couple of girls I see, one pretty steadily but I have no interest in getting married or living with a woman again. I feel for the young guys who might want a family. Everything is a mess for them.

Oh, yes, I remember when you told me this (on the poal chat). Can't change your mind, either. I was near where you were after my last SHITTY relationship. She really tried to come after my money when I said I didn't want to be with her, anymore. Made me learn a hard lesson and I think prenups are in my future.

Anectodal but most people get rich by operating like fucking jews, theyre is ZERO incentive to be honorable or guided by ethics in such a corrupt dystopia

But we b****ed it all up

So what's the mystery word here, let's see...

bleww... Nope that's too short, bitch then, "but we bitched it all up"... Yeah that must be that, doesn't make much sense but who cares, it's not like b****ed was a real word to begin with

“What the research indicates … a majority of that cohort of people we’re describing right now, these men, spend between 2,000 to 2,400 hours a year on screens,” the TV host shared. “That’s what they’re doing. Now the average work week extrapolated over a year is 2,080 hours. That’s their full-time job. They’re on their screens.”

He says that as if it was his problem, why does he even care? Oh... Maybe because he's losing money because of that, somehow?

Well that's too bad then, I guess, and I wish him well

I think it’sbunged it up.

THAT needed to be censored? Not like bitched did either.

Oi! You can’t say nuffin offensive, mate. God save the queen!

Yeah…I agree with you, but the nanny state has to overcompensate on the NPCs to make sure they don’t get too riled up about the anarchy and chaos that’s going on around them.

There was a video floating around here not long ago where a couple cops in England beat up and arrested a man after he called them….was it that he called them an “ass?” It was something relatively benign, he was on his own property being harassed by the cop, and he was arrested for saying offensive language.

We will start working when the trannies jews and niggers get thrown out of the country the fed government is dissolved and women go back to being housewives...

In the future there's only one class of people who will get a job, it will be considered a privilege btw

And that class of people is called "engineers", there will be work only for engineers, in a world designed by engineers for engineers... The rest is performed by robots created by engineers... See how that works? Every worker has been replaced by a robot, even the janitor

And I'm not saying this is going to be glorious or even sustainable, I'm just describing the structure here, what we are building in terms of civilization, everything points in that direction, and everything suggests it's not going to end well

Nah its coming apart long before we get that far. Id say within the next 1-5 years we are going back to pre industrialized society. Maybe some bit of tech sticks around but not in the form it is now.

One thing that doesn't get mentioned enough is that my generation is sick. I was given Cipro (an antibiotic) and it wrecked my health. Cipro is prescribed 30 million times a year in the US! How many have been disable like me from just that one medication.

Before, I was working on cars, fixing houses, and doing programming. Now I'm incapacitated several months out of the year. I don't qualify for disability because I can work for a few months then I get an auto-immune flareup. Therefore I probably fit into his "able bodied" but not looking for work group. No one wants to hire someone for six months only to have them disappear with an illness for a month. The covid vax really brought to the forefront how medicine is now basically used to disable people and not help. Illness is much more widespread in that 25-54 year old age group than it was a decade or two ago.

Looking at screens? Looking at screens doesn't provide sustenance or shelter, you have to look at how they are managing to do just that.
