Not "would have", but "IS". A foreign agent working on behalf of a foreign government on US soil conducting surveillance of Americans exercising their second amendment rights. How is this not a huge International Incident?

How is this not a huge International Incident?

Some are speculating that they were involved in a joint operation with ATF. No way Canadian cops would surveil in America unless they were 'invited'.

Them watching isn't our government watching therefore low US laws are being broken

That is the start of the Investigation. The US can perform joint operation with foreign governments on their soil, but not on US soil. As an American citizen, I am outraged. Where was the ATF protecting the 4th amendment rights of the US citizen at the show? This is a violation of the Espionage Act. They can't claim to be observers because there was no ATF present.

Almost certainly he was there looking for Canadians purchasing firearms so they can try to catch them at the border.

The upcoming AR-15 ban is going to create a huge black market for ARs. Lawful gun owners have their AR registered, so the government knows who all already has them. A portion of these lawful gun owners are going to say, this fucking sucks, but comply because the laws are so retarded they can buy another similar gun that is non-restricted, but just different enough it isn't an "AR-15". Another portion of these lawful gun owners are going to say, fuck these cunts, I want an AR but I'm not registering it this time because they will just continue to expand the definition.

They can watch on their side of the border. On this side of the border, foreign agents conducting surveillance is a violation of the Espionage Act. "The law prohibits “obtaining information, recording pictures, or copying descriptions of any information relating to the national defense with intent or reason to believe that the information may be used for the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation,”"

Justice in a state with no regulations. Cadians couldn't legally buy firearms at a gunshow unless there were residents of the US

The Trudeau government is trying to shit on gun owners even further. Alberta (right above Montana) told the RCMP that they are not to try any gun grabs on their citizens. I can only assume that the RCMP was there looking for any Canadians to then surprise with a random visit to see if they had any firearms that are prohibited in Canada.

This kind if shit happens both ways. American citizens are required to file their taxes with the IRS every year, even if they don't live in the U.S. anymore. Every Canadian financial institution is required to report any SUSPECTED American citizens to the IRS so that the IRS can make sure they are collecting all of the money they can.

RCMP eh?

Canadian plates eh?

Not exactly undercover.

"They told me to come down here, and I was like, "What? To do what exactly?..." and they were like, "You know, catch terrorists." and I was like, "Okay, whatever." "

Drive a full day just to sit in a parking lot because they are too cheap to rent a local car and fly me down.

Probably my boss hates me.

Can you even buy a decent donut in Montana?

Why don't you maple leaf bastards come to Texas and try that shit!?!
