I used to support my local grocer. They were friendly, it cost a bit more than the grocery store but it was too convenient to walk past it after 2 minutes and then walk 10 more to the giant chain one near my house.

Then one day I walked past because it was busy, and a minor line, coronaronadingdong "social distancing policy" aka what I call the "awkward unnecessary paranoia policy", or simply "plandemic to destroy human gatherings in public policy" and I noticed on the side there was a van full of groceries from the major chain store. They were just marking up everything they bought there. I was still supporting the major chain but paying more.

So yeah, now I just walk the extra 10 mins and pay less. I'm fit and don't mind.. it was more the convenience but that just pissed me off.
