Devos had a hate boner for escaping student loans altogether, whether via bankruptcy or after being defrauded by various "schools," so her opinion isn't terribly valid. That said, it is "illegal" for the executive branch to unilaterally "forgive" student loans of those who borrowed for legitimate purposes by paying out Navient/AIDVantage. The answer is to just cancel the debts and force Navient/AIDVantage to absorb the shit storm without receiving a dime, issuing an order to federal prosecutors to refuse all "criminal" claims made by the lender against their borrowers, and providing assistance from the attorney general's office for borrowers during any "civil" ones. Navient and AIDvantage are kike slush funds, and should not exist at all. If they're forced out of business, it's better for all.
