The stupidity of listening to 'celebrities' is the actual problem here.

I cook with ingredients that don't have ingredients lists. I don't buy bugs. Therefore, my food doesn't have bugs in it.

Nope, no proof of that happening atm..

It's absolutely evident that a segment of the absolutely worst 'people' want everyone else to eat bugs, but they're sly and skilled earners who'd never risk their wealth, to slip bugs into unsuspecting people they've not yet convinced ..

There's been a "legally acceptable" amount of bugs in our food for many, many decades now. They don't call politics "sausage making" in a derogatory manner for nothing after all. The only way to avoid this is to 100% grow your own.

I tried to buy crackers that didn't say "bioengineered food product". I had to buy the fanciest crackers that were $5 for one little sleeve.
