The fanatic who stabbed Rushdie didn't know how to kill someone with a knife. I suppose that's a good thing -- it's the reason Rushdie is still alive. But what a world we live in, where somebody can be targeted by an entire world religion, just for writing a fucking book!

Christianity used to be like that. They'd track people down and eradicate their whole village over believing there are three but they are not the same.

Christians should just admit that they have no real faith anymore.
