Are MMA people just always the good guys?
If one has trained, especially to a high level, then one understands aspects of the equations of violence to a degree that the untrained and untested do not. Confidence, respect, fitness, body mechanics, emotional management, breath work, movement, situational awareness, submissions and the concept of minimum necessary force.
I believe martial arts training brings out the best in most people not all. They have confidence in themselves after pushing themselves to levels most never will.
