Are MMA people just always the good guys?

I believe martial arts training brings out the best in most people not all. They have confidence in themselves after pushing themselves to levels most never will.

If one has trained, especially to a high level, then one understands aspects of the equations of violence to a degree that the untrained and untested do not. Confidence, respect, fitness, body mechanics, emotional management, breath work, movement, situational awareness, submissions and the concept of minimum necessary force.

Clueless idiots with their heads up their asses (or buried in their pocketphones), walking 'dazed and confused' down the street. A skunkape decides to take advantage, and now the sobbing starts "BOO WOO HOOO feel sorry for me!" they whine. Yeah. No! Instead of practicing situational awareness, they are determined to act as stupid and oblivious as they want.

What sort of idiots are NOT aware of this? I saw it around here quite a lot years ago, and still see it happen occasionally. Do I intervene? Hell no! Could I? Hell yes! Why not? Because idiots desperately need a wakeup call. Because if I didn't get away in time, the idiot would likely side with the skunkape that nailed him, rather than me that saved him. Because I did not put in the time and effort to learn how to fight in the HAMC, among the carnies, and in various martial arts classes to play 'kung fu hero' to lazy sheeple...that won't learn to fight to defend themselves.

Danger!

Large cities are not safe. Stay away!
