(Forgive me if my numbers are off a bit but) Good luck getting 3/4's of the House, 3/4's of the Senate, and 3/4's of the States' Legislatures to agree to that Amendment!

“This amendment specifically does not grant any American the ‘right’ to own any weapon,” Moore wrote.

Neither does the 2nd. Acknowledgement of an existing right does not equal to grant.
