Beacuse the justice system causes people to plea bargain for a lesser charge, forcing most people to either admit they were guilty, or fight it out in a much more expensive, and longer legal process where they may not have a guarantee of even being proved inocent if they are?

Whites admit to be guilty about slavery. Kind of the same thing, isn't it.

Yeah, many years ago I was arrested and charged with a serious felony. I was questioned, with no attorney present, several times by the Sheriff and his Senior Deputy. Their attempts to be intimidating and also playing the old, "We can't help you if you won't tell us what happened," game, were almost comical. They seemed to be unaware that I was a former Sgt. in the Marines and a war veteran. I had even attended classes in the Marines on ways to survive intense interrogation. The Marines who taught those classes were much more "scary" and intimidating than the Sheriff and his Deputy could ever hope to be. The Sheriff later remarked to someone that I was the coldest subject he had ever questioned. LOL I even told the Deputy, during my questioning, that I thought he should find other work, because I felt that he wasn't "cut out" to be in law enforcement. I pretty much called him a pussy right in front of the Sheriff. After a while a judge got tired of their shit and dismissed the case. They tried to file charges against me again, but our state Supreme Court ruled that once a case was dismissed, it would be Double Jepardy to charge me again. So, here I am, all these years later, guilty as hell and free as a bird!

To feel important, no matter what

Because niggers are stupid. And cops/prosecutors know it.

I believe the DNA evidence is wrong in some cases. I believe that murderers are being let out of prison because their DNA tests falsely show them not to be the killer. But today, we worship DNA evidence, as if it could never be in error. The very suggestion that the DNA evidence may be completely bogus is laughed at and dismissed out of hand. But that's what I believe to be the case -- murderers are being set free unjustly because of faulty DNA evidence.

Prosecutors overcharge a guy so he's facing 100 years, then offer a plea deal for only 10-25. Guy's got a public defender so he knows he's fucked. Takes the deal.
