I think it was coincidental. He just chose a "White" neighborhood and shot it up. There's no way the jew angle was intentional on his part. Maybe on his handlers' part but even then that's a stretch. It's "only" 30% jewish. So to hit 4/7 where one is the spouse of a jew has a decent chance but it's not typical.
