If she was black and he was white, he'd still be behind bars. Honestly, the cop was wrong here. No matter the color, he shouldn't have shot her and he should still be behind bars, in my opinion.

Really really wrong here. When asked why he shot her, he responded by pleading the 5th. He lied to the investigators about her hitting the back window of the police car with her hand. This article got those fact wrong and/or he changed his story again. How is he not on death row? He couldn't even claim he feared for his life. He likely just wanted to kill a white person and that night was a good as any other.

Exactly. He murdered that woman. So,he shouldn't be free and yes he should be on death row.
