I’m sad that it’s over. I feel bad for the real women in that league, but it was non stop entertainment while it lasted.
I wonder if the lesson has been learnt in general, or if every womens’ league of every sport will have to go through this to learn it themselves?
Swimming’s world governing body, FINA, announced a ban Sunday on biological men competing in women’s events, unless they had “transitioned” before the age of 12.
That makes sense. They seem to understand the issue. What does not make sense is allowing anyone to go through with that before the age of 12, but this league is expressing no opinion on that.
This does not surprise me:
Disproportionate numbers of young people who go to gender clinics are reported to be autistic or have poor mental health, which makes the rush to feed them hormones and mutilate their bodies all the more reprehensible.
