I have skimmed a few other articles and it appears this was a revenge mission and the shooter was looking for a specific doctor to kill. I would suggest to future mass shooters that instead of going to someone's job to kill someone, find out where the target lives and go there. It's painfully easy to find out where someone lives nowadays.
