Nope, this should not be a thing. I have a son with Down's, and there's no way he could "earn" a degree like this. However, as others have said, he behaves exponentially better than niggers that I've seen. Even with his diminished capacity, he still understands that there are just things you don't do as a human being. But a bachelor's degree? No, that's not going to happen.
