Women whom adopt infants have been known to stimulate lactation by practice. Sometimes need a hormone shot get it started. It's not uncommon. A woman can save breast milk by pumping ahead of time. The more you pump; the more milk there is available. All this is much easier if you breast feed at the beginning at least for 6 weeks with a previous child. Breast feeding in the past was frowned upon as being low class. I caught a lot of flack from female relatives that were embarrassed. It's not like I made it obvious, and F them anyways.
