If America was truly "inherently racist", they wouldn't have any problems they have today.

There are so many groups and organizations and schools and boards in America that want to advance blacks, it's ridiculous. Blacks are hugely advantaged over everyone else. They are a favored and protected racial group. When one of them actually has even a modicum of intelligence and ability, that black always succeeds.
