East Tx here. I wish they had done this a couple of years ago at my granddaughters graduations (even their High School). The ceremony always started with a Dean asking attendees to hold their applause until the end so they could get thru handing out the degrees in a timely manner. But every time a shitskin's name was announced there would be a group in attendance jump up and chimp out shouting and acting like they just won the lottery, or finally got their EBT (food stamps) card.
