I notice this only affects small time residential use, and not ultra-mansions filling their 50,000 gallon swimming pools and fountains. Wouldn't want to inconvenience the pedo kikes after all.

It's a self-correcting problem. The Democrats have made southern California such a hell hole to live in, everyone is moving to other states. In a few years there will be more than enough water for the illegal beaners who take over the state.
