Letting local school districts handle it is 'home rule' which a lot of Republicans prefer. I generally agree that the more local the government the better, but in this case just fucking ban it.
Both are good points. I prefer to let it happen and let the market work. Men in women's sports will burn out quickly if allowed, and will focus women's attention on the fact that the women and the left seem to focus on people as masturbatory devices rather than family formation units. This is a powerful lesson for women and the consequence of their permissive attitude towards degeneracy.
I see no long term harm in allowing any man who says he is a woman to compete in women's sports. Long term women wake up, and short term some sports records get set which we could disqualify after investigating. Let the fires burn!

I completely understand this and it isn't an awful course of action. I do feel we have some responsibility to call out the bullshit and protect those women who do oppose this tranny crap.
Absolutely we do. We do not have a duty to protect them from the consequences of their choices. If we ban this then we just make Aid for Families with Dependent Children for sports and have to live with it and bear the new cost forever.
If we normalize forced medical testing for sports sex qualification then why not forced testing for vaccine status? I don't prefer this path.

Exactly. It's not like it's a question of sides here. It's detrimental to all involved. And frequently promotes sexual assaults. People need to vote the degree of allowable harm inflicted upon girls? Just ban the harm.
