Debit cards are not safer overall (I get what you are saying about no debt, although overdraft fees are a thing). If you get a scam charge on a debt card you are actually out the money until (if) it gets resolved. With a CC you just deny the charge and no sweat. A credit system is needed. There would be almost no access to capital if banks or other lenders didn't have a way to assess your likelihood to pay it back. Like many things the Jews have taken a system and corrupted it to their advantage. That doesn't mean the system isn't of need or completely ill-advised.
