As long as they don’t have children they are free to sponge off their parents. When you have children to take what job you can and look the job that fulfills your personal desires. A child’s hungry belly doesn’t care about diversity or social leanings.

I mean I guess. I couldn't wait to get out on my own, seems like that isn't a priority for young adults now.

You can't play games and complain about previous generations all day if you're working.

There's a reason they've become known as the Entitled Generation. Created by female idiots of my generation, awarding participation trophies.

I'll be damned if I allowed that behavior by my kids.

Hell I was just reading how people in their 30's are still on their parent's phone plans. Although I can understand that to some extent with the way family plan pricing works. Still I'd much rather pay an extra 20 bucks a month or whatever to have shit under my own control.

It used to be a badge of honor to be on your own at 18 or 19. Now the badge is to still be at your parents at 30.

Why would you want to waste the majority of your income just so you can live in worse conditions?

This is the high IQ play. Rather than be a slave for jews. Break the system. Even if you're the "problem".

I don't understand how they support themselves. Granted many Gen Z are still in early 20s or teens. If they are in school, they may be living off loans or parents. It is an odd trend that young people no longer have much desire to be independent.

They live with their parents and do side gigs here and there. They don't take out (((Credit cards))) there are articles on this crying that they should. It's funny.

Not the problem. The problem is the cost of entry to independence is so high it's not worth it. I used to blame them but I don't naymore after I thought about it. College for instance. Your entire in school (9 mo / 12) time could be paid for with a summer job and this included tuition + rent. Your fun was then added with a weekend job.

Now try that.

They don't take out (((Credit cards)))

Which is fine, until you need established credit.

This phenomena extends beyond barista bars and carpet walkers in Cubelandia. I have buddies across The Trades that cannot get younger folks to come on board. Demands of salaries not commensurate with their experiential level nor tool box inventory. The rubber meets the road, wrench turnin', real world learnin' apprentice system is established and works but delayed gratification and payoff seems to be a concept that was lost in translation with the Z's & M's.

Apprentice plumbing jobs are starting around 50k a year here. That's pretty good money for younger folks. They still can't find people.

I view 80s born millennials much different than 90s born

I agree there does seem to be a difference. Depending and where / if they went to college too.
