I call bullshit. Natural "reserves" of oil found in the salt mines where it is "stored" near New Orleans? He couldn't "dump" the amount of crude under the ground in the gulf states.

I work in the oil and gas industry and go a lot of oil farms. Theres a lot of oil out there guys.
