I would surmise that every channel relies on ad revenue to make the videos. What youtube is doing to these guys is fraud. It is theft by deception. They promise to pay if they uploaded videos. They uploaded videos and Youtube refused to pay. It is not a violation of their terms of service to simple be ethnic Russian.
