Never thought Georgia would allow negro outcry to prejudice a jury... IMO, the video evidence clearly shows aubrey as the aggressor, regardless of context. What makes someone run up to a man with a gun, strike him in the face, then try to take his weapon? The defense should have insisted a change of venue at the very least, but they were totally incompetent.
