Darriynn Brown, the thug accused of snatching 4-year-old Cash Gernon from his bed in Dallas last year and stabbing him to death before dumping his body in the street -- all while wearing an ankle monitor due to a prior charge for evading arrest -- has been found "incompetent to stand trial."
Police said Darriynn Brown killed 4-year-old Cash Gernon in Southwest Dallas last year. Now, a psychologist and a psychiatrist have found Brown incompetent.
"He can finally get the help that he needs so he can assist us in his representation," defense attorney Heath Harris said.
