Nigger migration project to establish a black Utopia has been failing since their inception. Lookup the American Colonization Society. Any money collected is always misspent or stolen by the niggers in charge. Contrast this with the Mormons who although crazy as bat shit were White and able to successfully establish the State of Utah.
