Hey OP. Stop changing the headline to make it fit your agenda better. You left out the KEY word AGREEMENT !!!! The Judge approved the lawyer's AGREEMENT. He didn't unilaterally DECIDE shit.
This same thing happened to me many years ago in a firearms discharge incident except I did NOT agree and I eventually got my weapon returned.

If his defense lawyer requested the weapon then the defense obviously weren't in this agreement. Rittenhouse wanted his property returned, the Judge decided they would destroy it anyway, fuck the Constitution.

Kyle wanted the rifle destroyed anyways, just watch the Crowder interview. He didn't want to make it a good luck charm or auction it off as a collector item. He sees that rifle as a legal nightmare and wants to do away with it. Perhaps with age and experience with niggers he will grow back into owning one again soon.
