They'll find some excuse for why it's not discrimination even though it's as blatant race discrimination as you can get. See the Harvard lawsuit.

SCOTUS: "Nope, we find no basis that there is discrimination against whites and asians. In fact, we recommend that universities allow more black applicants in and recommend ending entrance score criteria"
