It's because they are surrounded by Whites.

There needs to be a new ATL, LA, Chicago, NYC, Houston in Africa. The new Wakanda needs to be formed. African Americans will be the ones that populate the worlds highest tech and tallest cities of the world. Wakanda 2025 needs to happen.
