Basically she returned a phone call and only left a message after another doctor had left for the day(negligence) and lied to a pharmacist who questioned her for prescribing hcq and said it was for Lymes disease so she could treat a patient since hcq isn’t a restricted drug to begin with.
They’re also requesting the last six months of patients records looking for mistakes.

The board said that "in the interests of public health and safety," it "may compel a physician to submit to a mental or physical examination upon a complaint or allegation that the physician is or may be unable to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of a mental illness, alcohol intemperance, excessive use of drugs, narcotics, or as a result of a mental or physical condition interfering with the competent practice of medicine."

Explain to me again why these boards of anything were ever given the privilege to decide who can and cannot practice a trade?
I’m sure doctors, pharmacists and attorneys etc were all for it in the beginning to weed out the fakes and corner the market on medicine or law and make more money. Now it’s just to keep people in line.
