Prior dealings with child abuse should have been found during juror selection, did he lie during selection?

If determined he was abused, seems like the case would need to be retried regardless. Needs some kind of proof though I would think..

The juror must he held accountable for sitting on a trial which he knew he could not be impartial to.

He said he wasn't asked. Failure of the judge and prosecutor. Were they in on it? Comey's daughter was the prosecutor.....

If he truly wasn't asked, the lawyers involved and judge should be disbarred. This is really basic stuff.
