Lol. Good luck with that.

You know, I’ll give the UK a HUGE win on this one. If you are metal detecting and you find a huge trove of Saxon gold and jewels, the state has a system where it is handed over to the crown and the value of it is divided between you and the land owner…. In the US? Lol.
