Meh, it was mostly there already, for the most part. There are really two types of people: those that feel like they can be self-determined, and those who feel they need to be collectively-determined. The former wants liberty and freedom to make ones choice without harm to others, while the latter wants to enact collective groups of people to force collective interpretations of "liberty and freedom" onto everyone.
