If there were any actual right wing power in America, this would be the groundbreaking story to convince conservatives that the standing power is not only against them, but actively working to vilify and prohibit their freedoms. But this will be ignored and memory holed. Until some uppity left winger has the audacity to mention, "UH BUT HEY REMEMBER WHEN THOSE 'RIGHT WINGERS' WERE GONNA KIDNAP SOMEBODY???" I remember seeing how this story was put forth on Reddit. At that point, most based subs had been completely eradicated. But this story comes out of nowhere, "insane right winger plot to kidnap politician foiled!!!" It became yet another bullshit assertion that right wingers were dangerous while left wingers were actively torching cities and burning Portland to the ground in defense of criminal negroes while our 'right wing' president Trump did nothing but sit on his ass and tweet about how much he loves brown people and jews.
