Did anyone here actually watch the trial? I did. Major miscarriage of justice, prosecution conflated criminal recklessness with negligence. Recklessness requires CONCIOUS disregard, both defence and prosecution agreed that she did not conciously use her gun. If this precedent stands then you'd want to hope that you never mix up the brake and accelerator peddle, or any other number of accidents that can happen with tragic consequences.
She was negligent (which would matter in a civil trial) but not criminally reckless. This was a stitch up by politically motivated prosecutor and biased jury.
I don't need to watch a trial. I saw the video. She is a dumbass and 'woops' I didn't mean to shoot him doesn't work for me.
I would support also charging the person who decided to make this diversity hire.
The Christmas parade guy probably just accidently pressed the gas and kept doing it accidently then was triggered by so many white people
