I don't know how you can say she wasn't criminally negligent.

I'm sure they'll appeal, but I hope she sees the inside of a cell.

I don't have strong feeling about her serving time. I'm rather indifferent. Legally she was in the wrong and the verdict was just. On the other hand this is yet another story about a scumbag resisting arrest who fucked around and found out. The world is a better place without him.
