I don't have time to watch all that right now, but I don't disagree with abolishing government funded retirement. Eliminate social security taxes and let people manage their own money. But I highly doubt that's what they're discussing here. I'm sure they want to continue to tax, but use that money for freeloaders and pet projects which enrich themselves.
