Complete lie. It was the other way around. McFall sprinted off the stage during a recess and McFall was the one to get an inch from his victim's face. Then McFall assaulted the parent. >In April, Washington Governor Jay Inslee signed a bill banning Native American mascots at most public schools in the state. The law prohibits schools from using Native American names, symbols, and imagery as mascots, logos, or team names unless a tribal government has approved the proposal. But caricatures of historical European cultures is just fine. In fact, the Guardians is the new name for this school's sports teams, and the logo is a northern European medieval knight.
