U.S. District Judge Donetta Ambrose on Monday gave Matthew Michanowicz a sentence of time served and three years of probation with the first six months on home detention.

This seems really bright to me.

Maybe they figured an jewish albino won't do well in prison. If certain cultural norms from some prisoners ancestral homelands were followed, he'd be worth more chopped up for good luck charms that alive.
