This is what zero tolerance policies lead to. Kid gets picked on and when he fights back he goes big because he *knows* his life is over afterwards because of the zero tolerance policy so he might as well take them with him. Schools didn't stop bullying. They just feminized it and made it all long term psychological manipulation instead of getting a wedgie and a swirly.
