But Twitter will remove such media when the purpose of sharing is to harass, intimidate or use fear to silence them, under its abusive-behavior rules.

I'm sure that will be applied fairly. Things are going to get a lot worse on Twitter for sane people.
CNN can dox the Covington kids but Andy Ngo can’t report on the arrests of violent extremists and Project Veritas can’t use hidden cameras (a common practice - Channel 4 used them on Cambridge Analytica story) to whistle blow.
