Keep on draining that reserve and stop drilling and refining in the US. Then when we are critically low, say now is the time that we need green energy, it is the only solution. Meanwhile blackouts everywhere and more government solutions coming to save us!

In September we had 621 million barrels, in early November it was down to 606 million. They'll keep draining it.
