Ok, this is a civil suit made by private individuals. It says so on the first page. This doesn’t appear to be part of the criminal case against Maxwell at all. If it were, it would say “criminal” instead of “civil” and the plaintiff would be something like “the United States” instead of private individuals. Not that it negates the veracity of the allegations in this document or anything. But this document doesn’t seem to be related to the current case at all.
