The key difference between Kyle and OJ?
OJ, at minimum, was an accessory after the fact in an actual murder. There was no argument for “self defense” that could have been leveled in the slaying linked to the OJ case, and it happened under cloak of darkness.
Kyle was exonerated of criminal charges that should never have been brought in the first place. There is also ample evidence, including video footage, of it being a clear case of self defense.
To top it off, Kyle, if he has any sense, should be hiring the biggest of guns to sue the shit out of every media outlet and every public official in the US who ever issued the slightest fraudulent communication about him.
Adding to that, the three jews were the instigators of their demise. The kenosha coroner had to officially change cause of death as Death by Misadventure due to the upholding of self defense.
None of that matters. In a civil case the standards are different. Even if Kyle wins every case it will bankrupt him unless LOTS of people donate money.
“None of that matters,” except Kyle would be taking the offensive by suing everyone who defamed him which would add further weight.
Also, OJ’s wrongful death suit was brought in California, not Wisconsin.
