It not a fucking joke. It's the First Amendment, and talking about violence and advocating for violence has been repeatedly ruled as protected by the Supreme Court of the United States. So shut your rat-faced jew mouth you communist vermin. People can talk about whatever they like.

I don't know how anything but a jew judge is allowing this testimony. Neither judge nor jury has the authority to rule on anything other than facts and the law. Establishing that a defendant said something like "gas kikes now" in the past has no evidentiary value. It doesn't establish motive, means, or opportunity. It doesn't even establish intent. It's only purpose is to prejudice the jury against the defendant, which is of course ok if you express animosity against God's chosen people.
