In the lawsuit filed Tuesday, attorneys for Makena Solberg claim two Fiji members raped her while she was intoxicated during a party at Fiji in September 2020. The lawsuit claims the two men “planned and conspired to lure Plaintiff into one of their bedrooms at the residence” and raped her. It goes on to say the men “filmed or photographed the sexual activity without Plaintiff’s consent and while she was in an intoxicated, physically impaired, and physically vulnerable state of which Defendants Steffen and Meloan were aware or should have been aware.” It says the two men then widely shared those videos and photographs among the frat members and others.

Notwithstanding ((( Makena Solberg ))), this is an old, tired argument. Drunk women aren't capable of figuring out whether to say yes or no, but drunk men are capable of making a reasoned judgement about whether the woman's consent is "legitimate." In other words, "your honor, we were so drunk that I said 'yes' when I wouldn't have if I was sober, but those guys should have known that what I said I wanted wasn't true. Being drunk is no excuse for their poor judgement."

I don't think it applies in this case.

But, we'll see.

Do fraternity plan rapes? Yes. Did they cover it up? Yes.

If what you say is true, the argument from the fraternity should have been, "It was consensual, we've nothing to hide. Check the video."

But that's not what happened, is it?

I feel like the women hate is a psyop. What is your opinion?

Do fraternity plan rapes? Yes. Did they cover it up? Yes.

Beyond the allegation, what is your evidence that these are facts?

If what you say is true, the argument from the fraternity should have been, "It was consensual, we've nothing to hide. Check the video."

No sane person or persons would ever voluntarily submit anything to the police. Ever. That's just granting license for them to go on a fishing expedition for something. Declining to entertain a prosecutorial fishing expedition isn't "covering up."

I feel like the women hate is a psyop. What is your opinion?

It's genuine. I feel it on a regular basis. Unless part of the psyop involved planting feminist morons in my family to make me grow up with a militant hate of those people, it's not a psyop.

It's genuine.

Virgin.

submit anything to the police

Already public on social media. At no point did your strawman become relevant.

I was specifically saying, only tell the police that there is nothing to hide... not go around telling all the bros to be silent on the subject in what amounts to a criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Understand the difference?
