I just received all my parts for an off grid system, even though I have grid power

6Kw low frequency inverter. 10Kwh LiFePo4 batteries. 4.5Kw of solar panels. MPPT charger 5Kw gas generator.

I expect several things: Power brown outs Time of use (TOU) metering plans Higher rates

This system will allow me to have uninterrupted power 24/7 and also the ability to charge batteries at off peak times. The generator is my backup backup in case everything fails. Of course, I will need gas. I only have 20 gals of stored gas.

Consider a woodstove, provides heat in the winter, a cooktop if big enough and can be a water heater.

Yes sir! Already did that. I love it! I bought a Quadrafire. Excellent stove!
